AISoftSupply ("we", "us") operates this website presenting our business software, including DGK Label Studio®. We take the protection of your business data seriously. This policy outlines how we handle data from our contact and early-access form and from website visitors in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant US state laws (CCPA/CPRA).

The "Controller" for data processing is the entity named in the Legal Notice above.

2. Information We Collect

Contact & Early-Access Form

When you send a request through the form on this website, we collect the data you enter: name, e-mail address, company (optional), the app you are interested in, and your message. We also record the time of your request. The provision of this data is voluntary, but necessary to answer your request, to give you a demo, or to reserve early-access and introductory rates.

Your request is sent by e-mail to our business mailbox (info@aisoftsupply.com) and forwarded to a mailbox operated by us. A copy is stored in the mailbox at our hosting provider. We do not store form entries in a separate database on this website.

Technical Log Files & Spam Protection

For security and performance reasons, our server (Hostinger) automatically logs: IP address, date/time of access, requested page, browser type, and referring URL. This data is not merged with your form data. To prevent abuse of the form, a short-lived technical marker derived from your IP address (a one-way hash) limits repeated submissions within seconds; it contains no readable IP address.

This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or advertising tools.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

Responding to your request: Answering questions, arranging demos and communicating with you about our software.
Notification: Sending updates regarding the DGK Label Studio® launch if you asked for early access.
Exclusive Offers: Applying introductory launch pricing to your future account.
Fulfillment Security: Ensuring the website remains stable and protected against malicious attacks.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We operate on a Privacy-First basis. We do not sell, trade, or rent your business data to third parties. We use service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions, in particular our hosting and e-mail provider (Hostinger). Beyond that, disclosure to third parties only occurs if required by law or for legal enforcement.

5. International Data Transfers

As a company based in Germany, your data is primarily stored on servers within the European Union (EU). However, as our services target DigiKey® vendors globally, including the US, we ensure that any processing meets international security standards for data integrity.

6. Data Retention

We store your form data and the related e-mail correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, or until you request deletion, subject to statutory retention duties. Technical log files are typically deleted automatically after 30 days.

7. Your Legal Rights
